Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Sourcer 2 (University) to support their Recruiting and Talent Sourcing capacity in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruiting lifecycle by executing sourcing strategies to meet hiring objectives
• Document candidate interactions and ensure compliance with guidelines
• Collaborate with various teams within the Global Talent Acquisition organization

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Experience with high-volume hiring and understanding of talent markets
• Proficient in using tracking systems and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to adapt to process changes and adhere to communication protocols
• Experience in a sourcing capacity is preferred
