A company is looking for a Recruiting Sourcer 2 (University) to support their Recruiting and Talent Sourcing capacity in a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruiting lifecycle by executing sourcing strategies to meet hiring objectives
- Document candidate interactions and ensure compliance with guidelines
- Collaborate with various teams within the Global Talent Acquisition organization
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience with high-volume hiring and understanding of talent markets
- Proficient in using tracking systems and Microsoft Office products
- Ability to adapt to process changes and adhere to communication protocols
- Experience in a sourcing capacity is preferred
