Job Summary

A company is looking for a Developmental Disabilities Specialist - Spanish speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured interviews and assessments to determine person-centered needs and eligibility for services
• Document assessments accurately into structured report templates and manage inquiries about services and eligibility
• Independently manage a work schedule to meet individual and program goals while participating in team meetings and training

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual / Spanish speaking
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or a related healthcare/human services field
• Experience serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Computer proficiency
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work independently
