Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage physician candidates using various sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified physician candidates for current and future needs
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and priorities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of physician sourcing and screening experience, preferably in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools
- Familiarity with physician specialties and medical terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Doximity
