Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisitions Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sourcing partners to develop pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of recruiting experience (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles
  • Experience recruiting in a multi-location, national environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
