Key Responsibilities
- Lead full life-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates

- Collaborate with sourcing partners to develop pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of recruiting experience (or equivalent experience)
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles
- Experience recruiting in a multi-location, national environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
