Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter for a fully remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and licensed clinicians across multiple locations
• Source candidates, conduct outreach, and build relationships with potential hires
• Partner with stakeholders to streamline recruitment processes and ensure competitive compensation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, with a focus on clinician recruitment preferred
• Deep understanding of clinician motivations and decision-making drivers
• Experience with clinician compensation structures and employment agreements
• Knowledge of clinician licensing requirements and credentialing processes
• Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) credential or equivalent is highly desirable
