Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager for Professional Development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement competency models for various job positions and integrate them into the performance review process
- Develop and implement career development tracks and methodologies using competency models
- Assist in implementing Professional Development Plans based on competency models and project results
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance management and competency model integration
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus
- Proactive, motivated, and results-focused team player
- Advanced experience in Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, etc.)
