Recruiter (Contract Position)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (6 Month Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Support hiring across various functions, adjusting approaches to meet team dynamics
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a growth-stage startup or tech company
• Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and engaging technical talent communities
• Strong working knowledge of ATS tools (preferably Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for building diverse teams
• Strong sense of urgency balanced with thoughtfulness in decision-making
