Key Responsibilities

- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a growth-stage startup or tech company
- Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and engaging technical talent communities
- Strong working knowledge of ATS tools (preferably Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for building diverse teams
- Strong sense of urgency balanced with thoughtfulness in decision-making
