Required Qualifications
- Experience in executive recruitment is required
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training
- 8+ years of talent sourcing experience, with at least 4 years at the executive level
- Experience recruiting for engineering talent in the technology sector
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
