Key Responsibilities
- Leads the redesign of the Talent Acquisition experience using UX/UI principles
- Oversees user research and journey mapping to align solutions with hiring goals
- Guides interface design and collaborates with technology and product partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Centered Design, Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's degree or relevant experience preferred
- 8-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human-Centered Design roles
- 5+ years leading UX/UI design or experience strategy initiatives
- Experience in leading RFPs and vendor selection processes for enterprise software
- Deep expertise in human-centered design methodologies and UX/UI design tools
