A company is looking for a Vice President, HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and align a team of HR Business Partners with key business stakeholders
- Advise the C-suite on performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive a high-performance culture
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
- Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business growth
- Previous experience as a Vice President of HR Business Partners or People Team
- Global experience in people operations and knowledge of labor laws in multiple regions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
