A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage full life cycle recruiting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to identify and engage top talent
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for alignment with role requirements and company culture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
- Five or more years of experience in full life cycle recruiting in a professional services environment
- Experience with CPA or advisory services recruiting is a plus
- Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Jobvite
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
