Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage full life cycle recruiting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to identify and engage top talent
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for alignment with role requirements and company culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
• Five or more years of experience in full life cycle recruiting in a professional services environment
• Experience with CPA or advisory services recruiting is a plus
• Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Jobvite
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
