Key Responsibilities
- Support validation of talent for key pipelines and provide strategic recommendations
- Design and implement talent experience programs and initiatives related to succession planning
- Utilize data analytics to assess business impact and prepare employees for future roles
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning, or Organizational Development
- BA/BS degree required; master's degree preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Experience in program/project management of learning and talent development programs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
