Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles globally
- Drive direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, preferably in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environments
- Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates across various roles including Product Managers and Account Executives
- Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on hiring decisions
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound sourcing strategies
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools, preferably SmartRecruiters
