Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent management and employee development
- Support managers and employees by acting as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries
- Consult on organizational design and implement HR initiatives within assigned client departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of experience in HR services within a large, complex organization (10K+ employees)
- Experience in sectors such as higher education, academic medicine, health care, or management consulting
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proven experience in driving people strategy and talent management initiatives
