Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Recruiter to build and own their recruiting function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the recruiting function to attract and hire top talent
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across various roles, managing the process from intake to close
• Implement and optimize the ATS to support scalable, data-informed recruiting workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Proficient with ATS platforms; experience with Rippling is a plus
• Experience in engaging both active and passive candidates
• Background in remote-first or distributed team hiring is preferred
• Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
