Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficient with ATS platforms; experience with Rippling is a plus
- Experience in engaging both active and passive candidates
- Background in remote-first or distributed team hiring is preferred
- Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
