Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to oversee a team of Behavioral Health Specialists and ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Train new hires on company policies and procedures, acting as a resource for employee questions
• Track team performance and provide reports on productivity, quality, and metrics
• Liaise with management to address concerns and propose enhancements for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor or in a similar role
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical law
• Highly organized with the ability to operate in multiple software applications
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in behavioral healthcare
