Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resource Information System Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical liaison to various HR functions, identifying business needs and creating application solutions
- Maintain HRIS reporting, assist with change management, and provide client support for HR databases/systems
- Participate in HRIS projects, enhance data integrity, and serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors
Required Qualifications
- BS in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Five (5) years of progressive experience as an HRIS Analyst for senior level; three (3) years for associate level
- Experience with UKG Pro and/or Oracle HCM Fusion or similar systems preferred
