Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing HR operations, recruitment, or talent systems in a mid-size or ed tech organization
- Strong people management skills with experience managing other managers
- Ability to implement systems and processes consistently across a remote team
- Familiarity with employment law and compliance
- Commitment to organizational values and equitable practices in people management
