• Coordinate timelines and deliverables for HR activities while managing the Talent Team's budget and providing updates to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing HR operations, recruitment, or talent systems in a mid-size or ed tech organization
• Strong people management skills with experience managing other managers
• Ability to implement systems and processes consistently across a remote team
• Familiarity with employment law and compliance
• Commitment to organizational values and equitable practices in people management
