Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Performance & Data Analyst-Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze internal and benchmark talent acquisition data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement
- Research and provide data to inform strategic recruitment planning and report on performance
- Develop and maintain key talent acquisition performance dashboards and leadership reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, HR, IT, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence focused on HR or Talent Acquisition data
- 1+ year of experience pulling reports and data from ATS systems, preferably Oracle Cloud Recruiting
- Prior recruiter or sourcing experience preferred
