Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree and SPHR certification required; MBA is a plus
- Experience in leading HR functions within a rapidly growing organization
- Demonstrated track record in compensation strategy design and administration
- Fluency in additional languages is a strong plus
