Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead HR and talent management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with laws and regulations
  • Analyze, design, and implement compensation programs and manage performance management cycles
  • Develop and manage internal policies, recruiting processes, and benefits programs to attract and retain talent
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree and SPHR certification required; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in leading HR functions within a rapidly growing organization
  • Demonstrated track record in compensation strategy design and administration
  • Fluency in additional languages is a strong plus
