Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Conduct talent research and market mapping to identify trends and pipeline opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably for GTM or Sales teams
• Strong research and sourcing skills with familiarity using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
