Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent, learning, and organizational work
- Proven experience in leading enterprise talent programs in complex organizations
- Experience in leading a team and content development
- Healthcare experience preferred
