Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, primarily warehouse staff and delivery drivers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Screen and qualify candidates via phone and video interviews, and coordinate the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience, with emphasis on high-volume hiring
- Proven experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, or distribution roles
- Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with hiring managers
- Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, and Kronos preferred
