Workday HR Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HR Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a large-scale Workday implementation for approximately 10,000 employees
• Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions with key HR stakeholders
• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday modules, especially Benefits Administration

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Workday in an HRIS or technical implementation role
• Experience with Benefits Administration module is required
• Proven ability to lead discovery sessions and document requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
