A company is looking for a Workday HR Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a large-scale Workday implementation for approximately 10,000 employees
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions with key HR stakeholders
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday modules, especially Benefits Administration
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Workday in an HRIS or technical implementation role
- Experience with Benefits Administration module is required
- Proven ability to lead discovery sessions and document requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
