Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Total Rewards to lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor on compensation and benefits decisions to HR Business Partners and executive teams
  • Build partnerships with senior leaders to provide thought leadership on compensation-related strategy and execution
  • Manage compliance with regulatory requirements regarding employee pay and maintain pay transparency approaches


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of compensation experience in the software or high-tech industry
  • BA/BS degree with an emphasis in HR or equivalent combination of degree and experience
  • Current Compensation Certification
  • Experience analyzing compensation in the US and internationally
  • Proficient with compensation software and strong Excel skills
