A company is looking for a Head of Total Rewards to lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor on compensation and benefits decisions to HR Business Partners and executive teams
- Build partnerships with senior leaders to provide thought leadership on compensation-related strategy and execution
- Manage compliance with regulatory requirements regarding employee pay and maintain pay transparency approaches
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of compensation experience in the software or high-tech industry
- BA/BS degree with an emphasis in HR or equivalent combination of degree and experience
- Current Compensation Certification
- Experience analyzing compensation in the US and internationally
- Proficient with compensation software and strong Excel skills
