Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Analyst - Talent Acquisition Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global TA leadership to deliver and analyze recruiting metrics, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Analyze and communicate data for executive reporting and partner with leadership on strategic workforce planning
- Develop datasets, reports, and dashboards while ensuring data quality and influencing data flow design
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of People Data Analytics experience, specifically supporting Talent Acquisition
- 1-2 years of experience in developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports
- Demonstrable track record of stakeholder management and executive influence
- Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, SmartRecruiters, and Workday
- Experience with ETL processes using Python or similar technologies is a plus
