Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analyst - Talent Acquisition Analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global TA leadership to deliver and analyze recruiting metrics, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Analyze and communicate data for executive reporting and partner with leadership on strategic workforce planning
  • Develop datasets, reports, and dashboards while ensuring data quality and influencing data flow design
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of People Data Analytics experience, specifically supporting Talent Acquisition
  • 1-2 years of experience in developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports
  • Demonstrable track record of stakeholder management and executive influence
  • Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, SmartRecruiters, and Workday
  • Experience with ETL processes using Python or similar technologies is a plus
