Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and adjust the HR Systems enhancements roadmap
- Manage the development, implementation, and operation of HR Systems applications and People Analytics
- Lead and oversee HR Systems Analysts to ensure high performance and effective user adoption of new systems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR Systems experience, including system configuration and implementation
- 1+ years of management experience
- Strong analytical and technical skills with experience in HR data analysis
- Bachelor's degree
- Working knowledge of Dayforce
