Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to support and enhance its global compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and administer base pay strategies, policies, and programs
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders on pay decisions, job evaluations, and market benchmarking
  • Lead compensation-related projects, including compliance with compensation legislation and incentive program administration
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field with 7+ years of compensation/HR experience, or a Master's Degree with 5+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in Workday HRIS and advanced Excel skills for data analysis
  • Expert analytical skills for solving complex problems
  • Project management skills and demonstrated time management abilities
  • Knowledge of compensation compliance and regulatory aspects
