Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare recruiting environment, with a focus on clinician recruitment
• Proven ability to build relationships with clinical professionals and navigate clinician compensation structures
• Knowledge of clinician licensing, board certification, and credentialing processes across various states
• Resilience and a successful track record in a high-volume recruitment environment
