Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and solutions
- Conduct pay equity analyses and recommend adjustments for fairness and compliance
- Lead the annual compensation planning cycle, including system readiness and manager training
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of Compensation or related experience
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Results-oriented with the ability to navigate change and ambiguity
- Experience with data analysis and preparing executive summaries
- Familiarity with Payscale and/or Payfactors is preferred
