Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Compensation Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and solutions
  • Conduct pay equity analyses and recommend adjustments for fairness and compliance
  • Lead the annual compensation planning cycle, including system readiness and manager training
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of Compensation or related experience
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to navigate change and ambiguity
  • Experience with data analysis and preparing executive summaries
  • Familiarity with Payscale and/or Payfactors is preferred
