Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience recruiting in a Boston-area healthcare setting
- Experience recruiting administrative, operational, and clinical support roles
- Comfortable making cold calls and managing multiple priorities
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Experience in a nonprofit setting preferred; bilingual/bicultural candidates preferred
