Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage qualified physician and academic faculty candidates using innovative sourcing techniques
- Conduct market research to understand faculty labor market trends and develop tailored sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize sourcing needs and support faculty recruitment campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, physician/faculty recruitment, or healthcare recruitment
- Master's Degree in healthcare or talent acquisition-related fields is preferred
- Experience with academic medical centers or healthcare organizations is preferred
- Familiarity with faculty structures and credentialing processes is a plus
