Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR systems in North America, overseeing configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of HRIS
- Provide HRIS support, including running reports, auditing, and resolving data issues
- Lead the HR Operations & Onboarding teams, ensuring compliance and enhancing user experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience working with ADP WFN is required
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience with complex HR system solutions
- Leadership qualities and project management skills are essential
