Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager HRIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR systems in North America, overseeing configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of HRIS
• Provide HRIS support, including running reports, auditing, and resolving data issues
• Lead the HR Operations & Onboarding teams, ensuring compliance and enhancing user experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience working with ADP WFN is required
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience with complex HR system solutions
• Leadership qualities and project management skills are essential
