Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution and continuous improvement of core People programs, including performance reviews and onboarding
- Manage logistics for learning and development initiatives and collaborate on employee growth and career development
- Track and analyze engagement and performance data to inform future improvements in People programs
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in People team programs, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and communicating with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to create and iterate on People programs to enhance employee experience
- Demonstrated empathy, confidentiality, and integrity in People work
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
