A company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from Associates regarding employee relations matters and explain company policies
- Act as an intermediary between Associates and Payroll or Benefits Help Desks for unresolved issues
- Investigate employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on complex matters
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience as an HR representative or generalist in a large company
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred
- Strong computer skills, including SAP and HR software proficiency
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow of assigned cases
- Experience in preparing reports and business correspondence
