Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Sr. Director, VP, and SVP searches across all functions
- Partner with business leaders to build and execute a holistic talent attraction strategy
- Ensure a flawless candidate experience while maintaining operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Recruiter role focused on VP+ talent
- 10+ years of demonstrated success in recruiting, preferably in SaaS or technology industries
- Outstanding client management skills with experience at the executive level
- Subject matter expertise in GTM, G&A, or Technical recruiting at the Executive level
- In-depth understanding of the recruiting lifecycle from planning to onboarding
