Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Recruiter with early-to-mid stage startup experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various business areas, including executive leadership hiring
  • Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada
  • Mentor and support junior team members while continuously improving recruiting practices
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing complexity
  • Prior experience in recruiting at a fast-growth startup, especially in product management or business operations
  • Successful track record in a high-velocity, output-driven environment
  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
