A company is looking for a Senior Director Global People Relations & Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop global employee relations, people consulting, and HR compliance teams
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance to People Consultants and Employee Relations teams
- Design and implement comprehensive policies and risk management models to ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, and Compliance
- Extensive global HR/ER experience, particularly outside the Americas
- Expertise in HR legislation and employment law
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Experience in managing business transformations and change initiatives
