Key Responsibilities
- Manage the compensation survey cycle from launch to report production
- Conduct client marketing webcasts and job matching sessions
- Collect, review, and analyze survey data for accuracy and report generation
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of compensation survey experience
- Some corporate experience, preferably in Human Resources
- Proven analytical skills and PC expertise with databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally for survey meetings
