Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in managing technical recruiting teams
• Proven experience in building and scaling recruiting teams and driving results
• Ability to enhance recruiter efficiency through data and process optimization
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using ATS data to influence decisions
• Strategic mindset, capable of adapting to change and navigating ambiguity
