Key Responsibilities
- Administer health and benefit plans, manage recruitment processes, and facilitate onboarding and offboarding
- Champion firm culture by leading employee engagement initiatives and overseeing performance review processes
- Provide administrative support for HR functions and organize firm/client events
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience in a law firm
- Experience with HR and payroll compliance in multiple states, especially California
- Bachelor's degree required; PHR/SHRM Certification preferred
- Proficiency with payroll systems software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality
