Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in benefits management, focusing on US benefits
• Experience with global benefits programs and practices
• In-depth knowledge of US benefits regulations, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA
• Certification in benefits (e.g., CEBS, CBP) is a plus
