Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr HR Service Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform HR operational tasks accurately within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) and documentation for HR tasks
- Resolve complex HR cases and provide coaching to Customer Care Professionals
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in human resources or related field with three years of HR experience, or High School diploma with five years of HR experience
- In-depth knowledge of HR topics across various Centers of Excellence
- Ability to manage HR Operations processes and implement improvements
- Project and time management skills for delivering project assignments
- Experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures for processes
