Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring accurate records for HR transactions
- Develop and update documentation for HR processes and conduct data analysis using HR reporting tools
- Perform regular audits of HR data and assist in system enhancements and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- General Human Resources experience is required
- Data entry experience is essential
