A company is looking for a Project & Culture Coordinator (DEI & Engagement).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate culture and engagement events, such as town halls and workshops
- Assist in culture survey distribution and compile findings to track employee sentiment
- Support onboarding integration by incorporating cultural and inclusive components into new-hire experiences
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of strong organizational and administrative experience
- 2 years of in-depth understanding of DEI principles and onboarding culture
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to maintain internal communications regarding culture and organizational updates
- Experience in tracking culture metrics and compiling reports or dashboards
