Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project & Culture Coordinator (DEI & Engagement).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate culture and engagement events, such as town halls and workshops
  • Assist in culture survey distribution and compile findings to track employee sentiment
  • Support onboarding integration by incorporating cultural and inclusive components into new-hire experiences
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of strong organizational and administrative experience
  • 2 years of in-depth understanding of DEI principles and onboarding culture
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to maintain internal communications regarding culture and organizational updates
  • Experience in tracking culture metrics and compiling reports or dashboards
