Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Workday, focusing on Recruiting and Talent Management
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday system issues and enhancements
- Document business requirements and workflows while collaborating with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Workday HCM experience; certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of Recruiting and Talent Management modules
- Experience with Workday reporting and EIBs
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, PHR, and Workday Pro
