Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Program Manager, Inclusive Hiring & Employer Brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy focused on inclusive hiring and employer branding
- Lead the integration of inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Communications to ensure a unified brand message and support inclusive recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in inclusive hiring programs and employer branding
- 5+ years of experience in employer branding for the US, LATAM, and Canada markets (preferred)
- Deep understanding of inclusive hiring principles and employer branding strategies
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools, with strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
