A company is looking for a Sr. Financial Institution Advisor Recruiting Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop leads and build relationships with prospective Financial Advisors through outreach
- Create recruiting plans for assigned territories and financial institution partners
- Act as the primary contact for advisor recruiting efforts and support the onboarding process for new advisors
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sales professional with a network of financial advisors
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate compelling value propositions
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
- In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and advisor business models
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
