Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Benefits responsible for the administration and implementation of Group Health & Welfare benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the implementation and analysis of the health benefits strategy, ensuring compliance and effective communication
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage contracts, ensuring quality and performance standards are met
- Manage departmental expenses, track budgets, and lead projects related to benefits operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 10 or more years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist certificate (CEBS) preferred
- Experience with Oracle HR and Benefits functions
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Microsoft Access and Learning Management Systems strongly preferred
