Key Responsibilities
- Manage global benefits programs including administration, vendor management, and employee support
- Oversee Leave of Absence programs ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Audit benefits data for accuracy and assist in developing communication strategies for employee education
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a global Benefits Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of benefits and healthcare systems in the US and UK, with exposure to AUS and Canada
- Understanding of international benefits regulations, particularly in the USA and UK
- Experience with data analysis using MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Practical experience with UKG Pro and familiarity with collaboration tools like GSuite and Slack
